Dustin Koller is an associate in litigation and transactional law groups. He represents a variety of businesses in connection with commercial litigation and corporate transactions. He represents clients in navigating a variety of legal issues including complex commercial disputes, business litigation, trademark infringement, consumer protection, trust & estate disputes, and employment matters. In addition, Dustin advises clients on entity formation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He strives to provide efficient and attentive client service.

Dustin is a 2018 summa cum laude graduate from University of Baltimore where he majored in Environmental Sustainability and Human Ecology and minored in Public Policy and Economics. While in law school, Dustin served as a judicial intern for Baltimore County Circuit Court Judge Barry G. Williams, a legal intern for FreeState Justice, Maryland’s statewide legal advocacy non-profit that seeks to improve the lives of LGBTQ Maryland residents, and a legal intern for the Chesapeake Legal Alliance, a non-profit organization that provides free legal services to protect the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
