Esworthy Appointed by ABA Criminal Justice Section President Nina Marino to Serve as Co-Chair of the ABA Criminal Justice Section's Cyber Crime Committee for the 2026-2027 term

Effective September 1, 2026, ABA Criminal Justice Section Chair Nina Marino appointed Matt Esworthy to serve as Co-Chair of the ABA Criminal Justice Section Cyber Crime Committee for the 2026-2027 bar year. The ABA CJS Cyber Crime Committee studies various crimes committed via computer such as internet fraud, hacking, intellectual property theft, email threats and child protection. The committee also tackles issues surrounding privacy, government intrusion and the impact of emerging technology.
